Dear Author,


Welcome to VeinPro Insight! To help you get started smoothly, we have prepared the following operating guide:

1. Receive Your Email Invitation

  • Check Your Email: Look for an invitation email from VeinPro Insight. Make sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.
  • Open the Email: Click on the invitation link in the email and then click "Accept Invitation".


2. Follow Instructions to Create an Account

  • Log In or Create a Google Account:
  • If you already have a Google account, log in using your credentials.
  • If you do not have a Google account, follow the prompts to create a new one.
  • Accept the Invitation: After logging in, you’ll be prompted to accept the invitation to become a VeinPro Insight author. Click "Accept" or "Agree".






3. Access the VeinPro Insight Platform

  • Access Blogger Backend: Once you accept the invitation, you will be guided to the Blogger backend management page for VeinPro Insight.


4. Publish Blog Posts

  • Create a New Post:
  • Click on "Posts" in the left menu.
  • Then, click the "New Post" button.



  • Write Your Content:
  • Title: Enter your article title in the title bar.
  • Text: Write your content in the editor.
  • Formatting: Use the toolbar to add bold, italics, links, or images as needed.

5. Choose a Label

  • Add Tags:
  • In the "Tags" option on the right side of the editor, enter relevant keywords related to the content of your article. Separate multiple tags with commas.



  • Tags help categorize articles, making it easier for readers to find them.
  • Articles with edited tags will appear separately in the tags section on the homepage.



6. Publish Your Article
  • Preview Article: Click the "Preview" button to see how the article will look once published.
  • Publish Article: When everything looks good, click the "Publish" button to make your article live on VeinPro Insight.
  • Edit Published Article: To make changes, return to the "Posts" list and click on the corresponding article to edit.
  • Manage Comments: View reader messages in "Comments" and reply promptly to facilitate communication.
